Huge lack of communication. My husband was supposed to go on fmla on Tuesday, we've been trying since Monday to get things finalized but they won't communicate well with us. 1 email from them per day, or we have trouble getting an English-speaking person on the phone who then directs us to an email... I could run this better as a sleep-deprived, one week postpartum mom.
