very unprofessional. I enquired about an account that was supposedly set up by a former employer, they stated on the phone.( the lady I spoke with was named Melisa. she refused to give me her"operator" number, ) that there was in fact no account under my name, social security number from said employer. then proceeded to tell me I would have to have an attorney send a letter requesting that they actually put in writing that I had no existing account and that said employer has in fact not paid money's owed. although I have pay... read more
