I got a notification that if I didn’t want them to change my contributions to my 403b to automatically take out the max my company matches that I have to opt out but they won’t allow me to do it until 6/2-6/14. Makes no sense why they would send a notification that they’re going to automatically up my contributions, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, unless I choose to opt out, but they won’t even let me do it now. Got zero help for my short term disability which ended up being over 2 months delayed. You have to put in the work for them to do anything right. This is not right especially for a new mom out of money because the short term disability that she pays on her paycheck for was delayed. This company doesn’t care about their customers. Let alone NEW MOMS.
