Got zero help for my short term disability which ended up being over 2 months delayed. You have to put in the work for them to do anything right. This is not right especially for a new mom out of money because the short term disability that she pays on her paycheck for was delayed. This company doesn’t care about their customers. Let alone NEW MOMS.
