Appallingly rude, lazy, and dismissive staff. I was straight up lied to, told my claim was filed and I just had to wait. When I called back because the website wouldn’t work I found out they were still waiting for paperwork from my doctor, after I was told everything was in order.
I have been waiting on my long term disability payment for over a month, and am just going to accept that I'm never getting it. Every time I ask for an update, they tell me they're going to get it to me soon, but then turn around and make up something else they need from me or my employer (especially after already claiming multiple times that they had everything they needed).
Not even worthy of 1 star. I am fighting an aggressive cancer and going through chemo. I'm supposed to be getting disability for days I can't work. You know, because I pay for a service. Going on 8 weeks and have received nothing. Every time I have tried to get answers, I get different answers. Emails are not answered. This company is a total fraud.
