If I could give 0 stars I would! They are a pain in the rear. They denied my maternity leave claim, not only that but they had all my information WRONG. Had I not looked at the paperwork closely I would’ve never known. Terrible insurance company! Apparently being pregnant is a “pre existing condition” and they don’t cover that. Stupids.
If i could leave a review with no star I would. This company has been a headache since I first encountered them. My Employer uses this company for Short Term Disability, I had to be out of work due to Brain Surgery. I started this process a month before my surgery date to be proactive which didnt matter bc i have had to call this company multiple times to be given incorrect information, the case manager not only has closed my claim 2 times in a month due to no error of mine. LFG , doesn’t have the best customer services, you’ve to do their employees jobs ! They have long wait times to process a claim. I’ve complained many of times regarding my experience! Never heard back from my anyone !
