Lincoln Financial Group needs to be investigated by the State Attorney’s Office. All customers need to file a complaint with the State’s Attorney General Office who have been fraudulently handled by this company. They steal from their customers and do not payout what is owed to them. Unbelievable
Don’t care about their customers. Difficult to work with. Awful communication.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They are a pain in the rear. They denied my maternity leave claim, not only that but they had all my information WRONG. Had I not looked at the paperwork closely I would’ve never known. Terrible insurance company! Apparently being pregnant is a “pre existing condition” and they don’t cover that. Stupids.
If i could leave a review with no star I would. This company has been a headache since I first encountered them. My Employer uses this company for Short Term Disability, I had to be out of work due to Brain Surgery. I started this process a month before my surgery date to be proactive which didnt matter bc i have had to call this company multiple times to be given incorrect information, the case manager not only has closed my claim 2 times in a month due to no error of mine.
