PLEASE BEWARE of this company! I have Short term disability through my employer with Lincoln Financial. I started my maternity leave and its been a nightmare trying to get in contact with the person handling my case and just the entire process. They required me to have my employer and OB fill out a ton of paperwork (which I had to pay a fee for) just to tell me my claim is denied because pregnancy is a preexisting condition. They don't pay you in a timely manner and then tell you they can't tell you when you are gonna get your money because the company that uses them are bad at paying people what they owe. Doesn't the insurance company pay it out not the company. It's just lincloln all together. People are nice that's why the 2 stars.
