I have been working with them for the last 2 months . I thought they were working for me but now I think it was against me. Was trying to get a home loan has been since july. Used a different bank and got pre approval letter just. Like. That..... I told them to cease working on my application on August 27th 2025 !!!! And they still ran my credit yesterday Sept 4th. Chris and Shane are amazing people to help you with your loan process. Their professor Collin is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Lincoln federal wouldn’t be what they are today without these three people.
Joel Heinzmann at Lincoln Federal in South Lincoln did a great job of working with us on our VBS offering. He had to transport it to another bank to put it through their counter. It was a heavy amount for our children's contest. Thank you for working with us!
Not friendly. They don't seem very competent. High fees. They could not figure out a wire transfer. The manager on the line at another location was rude to me and about me when I was accommodating to them and their ineptitude. Their hours are inconvenient and they are unprofessional.
