Do not work at this place. They do not treat their employees well at all. Believe me I know behind the scenes. The pay went down, It use to pay well, not anymore. The bonuses are awful now. The swing shifts are humanly impossible. Management is mean and no one does absolutely anything about it. They work you to death and if you make mistakes your job is on the line. But I will recommend their welding school!!!!!! It is the best of the best. If you want welding training go there, then leave and get a better job.
