We arrived in the rain and dark to a warm welcome and open fire. They made it easy to check in, find the room, which was spacious, clean and comfortable and make a last minute dinner reservation, even though the restaurant was full. This gave us an opportunity to have a glass of Prosecco in the comfortable leather chairs by the fireplace. Thank-you so much for such a great experience. Staff were very kind and hospitable. Fair priced accommodation - Food was to die for! We paid more for our dinner in the restaurant than the actual rooms we stayed in. Beautiful motel and location with a nice walk close by to the jetty. Tennis courts with free rackets to use and a pool, unheated but would be great in summer. A nice place to stay. Friendly and professional staff.
Rooms are clean and fresh. Beds are comfortable....no lumpy/sagging mattress. Shower is amazing. Price is very reasonable (we did visit in Winter) Nice and close to everything in Batemans Bay Will definitely stay again. Both of us were impressed with this resort.
I would not book through external providers, the descriptions are not correct and they don't link to their system properly. The manager and staff were overall great so overall a 3 star review for that aspect since we only had a one night stay. Overall though this was just a fancy motel, not a 'resort' as we didn't end up getting the room we booked which might have been more resort like.
