Don't do it. Seriously, from the management to the maintenance guy, stay away.
I put in an application to be approved for residence in a trailer park they manage. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. They reviewed my application and got back to me very quickly. I was told the process would take five business days but I heard back from them in 3 days. The quick response was very helpful to me planning my move and getting my current home up for sale. I look forward to doing business with them when I get to sign my new lease
woman at front desk is miserable. very unfriendly. I would say if you're so unhappy with your job, you shouldn't be working there when you have to deal with people.
