My experience, the service is excellent and quality workmanship in a timely manner.
Not a bad little hardware store. Great people.
This place almost never has what I need and if they do it's some cheap version.
Always friendly help from staff members, who are very diligent in helping you find either what you are looking for or an alternate solution. Prices are in line with other hardware stores, including big box stores, which is to say, often close to MSRP. But it's a premium I don't mind paying to get selection on the often obscure or esoteric items I come in looking for.
Have shopped here many times. They have better selection of lumber than Home Depot or Lowes.
