My experience with the Lincoln county prosecuting office is the fact that they don’t review the evidence before pressing charges. On top of that, they maliciously prosecute the population. And play musical prosecutors. Also, don’t follow their own court rules, even if your Asked for a suppression, hearing or deposition it goes virtually ignored by them. They’re in breach of so many federal laws and statutes. It’s not even funny. And they’re running a for-profit administrative court system that feeds a private prison system.
Terrible job will never vote for again.
Lincoln County SHERIFF's & Lincoln County PROSECUTOR.. ALLOW MURDER in THEIR COUNTY. They do NOTHING to INVESTIGATE OR BRING JUSTICE To that counties residents. Sad, but TRUE. My friend Troy shot in the face, he was a John Doe in their books. That GOD somebody looked for him. Never ran a finger print, he had a record & should never have been a John DOE.
