It was my first timing over here everyone is super nice and helpful!!
I received excellent care from the moment I arrived until I was discharged. Diagnosis was timely and complete. Very impressed.
-Was referred for an MRI and a consultation by the internal medicine doc -Tried scheduling the consultation, there are no appointments for months (despite the facility being mostly empty and the procedure relatively urgent) 🤔 and they never called me back with an appropriate time. -Tried scheduling the MRI; again, no appointments in a decent time frame. Customer service is the worst, 3 phone calls to the business office for information on a scheduled service, no return calls. I'm about to ask my physician is he can schedule at another hospital.
My 94 year old great grandmother just left after an overnight stay. She is bruised all over from the numerous attempts to get her blood . Both of her median cubital veins ( inner arm opposite of elbow) were poked along with both hands multiple times. Finally they pulled a vein good enough for an IV in her hand. When it came time to take it out, the vein blew which is common in the elderly . A small hematoma is expected.
