I will forever hold a grudge against this place because of their mental health services I went by a different name at the time, and oh boy let me tell you I've never ever have been in such an unsupportive environment like this one. I remember my needs being unmet, treated like a child and so much more that I've forgotten but I will always tell people to avoid this place at all costs especially Sena Benson I remember going through such a difficult time mentally, and she completely dismissed me, and my mental health struggles.... read more
Capella Lapham is now wreaking havoc on lincoln city's poor community at the health center. Absolutely awful doctor. Tell her I lost 150 lbs? Her nurse who is over 400 lb and is so overweight she can't breathe or walk as the audacity to look me in the face and tell me I need to lose weight and Mark morbidly obese on my chart. Then wonders why I don't want to return. Also a very incapable dr. Doctor and counselor have helped me tremendously.
My husband's disability caseworker requested his records from you guys last month, and due to his case being expedited they told Carmen, the clerk, that we needed them as soon as possible. She told the caseworker they are "in her cue". Weeks go by and his caseworker is calling and asking about the records still not being faxed over, so he calls behavioral health AGAIN and is told by Carmen AGAIN that the records are "in her cue". Might want want to check Olalla Lake for E-coli. Got a mild ear infection and was sick for a few days after swimming there. Low fever, gastrointestinal pain, nausea, woozy, neck stiffness, irritability and low back pain.
