The Lincoln County Fair has always been an enjoyable experience for me growing up and I'm so glad I got to share that experience with my daughter. It's a fun little trip for children of all ages to get to enjoy the animals, along with the vendors that are usually there.
The annual Smokey Bear Stampede Rodeo in Capitan, NM, provides family entertainment for all. It can also serve as a yearly "reunion" for area ranchers to visit. An annual parade is held.
They've really done great work here! The parking lots are wonderful!
We had a memorial service at the fairgrounds. The facilities were adequate and clean.
