It has been3 months as of September 1,2021 that I closed on property and that was delayed due to mistakes made by this company. I have paid for an escrow to be set up and the ***** made payments to the escrow company but the escrow company can not process the payments because Lincoln County Abstract and Title has not sent them the paperwork. I have called and called and texted and emailed to no resolution. They are incompetent. I recommend not using this company ever.
