Horrible experience! I rented a chainsaw to cut through concrete and I had to buy the blade for $315. The first time trying to pull start the piece of equipment the cord wouldn’t go back in and would not start. I took it back in for them to fix it and they said it was good to go. Went back home and the chainsaw would not have any power once it touched Concrete. I called and I spoke with somebody about returning and they said that they would not charge me for the $200 rental.
