Pretty glad that they have to scrap the culinary program soon. If all the other programs are similar, don't even bother with this place. Half of your "assignments" are just watching YouTube videos. You get a whole 1 day on each cultures cuisine, because that's all you need to learn and entire cultures food right? Don't worry, you'll spend an entire month on how to set a table for service, because that's more important than being able to actually cook. The entire program was a joke and a waste of time. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this school. Three days before my externship, I was unexpectedly withdrawn from the program by Jennifer Malave, who wasn’t even my instructor. The lack of professionalism and communication is appalling. I would not recommend wasting $30,000 here—this institution seems more focused on admitting anyone rather than providing quality education and support. It’s been a very frustrating experience, and I feel completely let down.

Mr. Joyner is the man!!! Mr. Joyner is very knowledgeable and entertaining in which you will need to get through this program efficiently! Although he's very knowledgeable, he prefers hands on work instead of book work, which is much better for the students. Make sure to keep him and teachers alike around, they'll make this school much more attractive.
