I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. I was spoken to rudely and even yelled at over the phone, despite remaining calm and polite throughout the conversation. Customer service is extremely important, and interactions like this can really hurt a business. I hope management addresses this issue, as no customer should be treated this way.
Don't understand why have be rude and ignore and tell you anything..go there for help.. don't think they care much..my doctor ignores me said was sending my meds and still waiting and don't know anything.. they said by end day but I doubt it they just tell you anything so don't have be bothered it's sad .. SMH very upsetting no wonder stressed out and anxiety so high...
My mama needed to go see someone and they never helped. She also had thought they would help me with life. Through her experience I seen nothing of need.
Great place everyone their heart in the care
I don't like the service.
