Very happy they found the problem @ no charge just but will get them 2 fix it
Had my bus there for months as insurance job. The transmission hose leaked fluid all over the undercarriage of bus and road, bus now not functioning after day 1 of being returned to me, they washed their hands of any responsibility citing it wasn't part of insurance job. lazy work, I would have been happy to pay. Poor communication too the keys were robbed from their office I had no idea until I contacted when it didn't arrive when insurance said it would. Born and bred palmy i've family and friends know to avoid this place
Thought I needed a new gearbox but additives and oil change
I thought the service we received was excellent. Daughter's VW had a fault and Reuben said to call past and he'd run diagnostics to give us an understanding of the potential issue. He did this yesterday, no fuss - no bother. Did indicate a delay in getting to any solution so very good with expectations. As it happens, it didn't present the same issue driving over to get it assessed so it'll be a wait and see if it occurs again but very impressed with the responsiveness.
