I had let my car go for over a year when it came to some mechanical issues. It finally came to a head when I was informed that my car was likely not safe to drive. I took it to Sound Mechanical & Calibration (formerly Lincoln) and they took great care of me and my car. I had been informed of the issues over many, many months, so I was not sold on anything that other car shops hadn't already pointed out. They did not take advantage of me. As a female, that is especially important to me. Kudos to Rachel's team!
