Tim was very helpful with fixing my blinds
As of my 4yrs stay here..glad my lease renewal (or NOT)coming up soon. Moving out and on is best for me. Every since New company took over I had NOTHING BUT EXTRA FEES!!! Sick of it and NO ONE CALLS ME BACK but Tom bless his heart with No answers for me. And now dealing with fraud of my RENT CHECK PROCESSED TWICE [4000$] PISSED........
Routine maintenance requests are not completed in a timely manner. Can take as long as 2+ weeks unless you call the emergency hot line. Difficult to reach main office via phone due to AI communication system.
