I get the worst decision to move to this apartment complex. Now almost 3 months I live there and it’s 6 times I get very bad smells all over my apartment from the laundry room ( sewer gas) it’s so toxic smell, the maintenance say that can’t do anything because this is 3 floors, I have to open the door to the balcony in this freeze weather to get fresh air for hour. And second The toilet will often keep running after flushing (probably affecting my water bill) unless you stand there for a couple minutes and make sure it does ... read more
I am a current resident at Meadows River Run and can't say enough as to how impressed I've been with management, their responsiveness to issues, how accommodating and professional they are. Their maintenance team (shout out to EDDIE!), is top notch!!! The manager, Kevin, is truly amazing and so attentive to the residents. AAAAA++±
A bit disappointing to sum it up. NO huge issues but a ton of little ones that just add up. Here is a list of stuff that was wrong with the apartment within two months after moving in: The dishawasher does not wash the dshes very well, I often have to wash the same dishes 2-3 times and that's even after rinsing off the dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. Apply for this apartment about two weeks ago they come back cause I’m black saying I need five times the rent I have two jobs. I work at the hospital and I also do home care And my granddaughter she works is worked as well so both of us was going on the lease.
