My experience with Discovery Square and its management company, Grady Management, has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Similar to the post below, I also had a guest’s car towed last night. Since April, the parking rules have changed and the HOA now controls parking spaces that should rightfully be designated for the apartments. There are only about 20 spots available for the entire apartment complex, and now 2 out of the 4 sides of our square-shaped building are off limits for both residents and guests. I’m extremely disappointed with the management at this apartment complex. Before having guests over, I made a point to ask the office staff specifically where guest parking was allowed. I was told, very casually, that guests could park “anywhere around the building.” Based on that, we parked our guest’s car accordingly.
