I would not recommend moving here if you value peace and uninterrupted sleep. Fire alarms go off randomly between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m. on both weekdays and weekends, and they are almost always false alarms. The disruptions happen so frequently that they have become routine. This ongoing issue is one of the main reasons I will not be renewing my lease. For the amount of money I pay to live here, I expect at least peace of mind and the ability to rest.
I had two leases here. One in 2019 and one in 2023. Both experience were pretty good. Lease office helped us with move in and move out - booking the elevator and flexible to extend couple days of our stay when the lease ended. They are always happy to help and easy to communicate. We enjoyed our living there.
(Lilian Lazo) has amazing customer service , and is a HUGE TEAM PLAYER. She stayed on the phone with me for over 30 mins giving me insights on what to except with living in the area.
No wonder they have low rating , the girl at the leasing office was so rude I was a little late for a self tour ,she said she can’t show me when it was advertised as a self tour ,false advertising and she was so dismissive and refused to help me.I am glad they showed me how unprofessional they were before I moved in .anyone looking for a place avoid it .and the doors were not even locked at the main entrance I wouldn’t feel safe living in such place
