I would absolutely not recommend Discovery Square to anyone, especially families with small children or babies. Where do I even start? There fire alarms at least once a month, and the noise is deafening, you must go outside in the cold, snow or rain. There was a fire alarm going off at 3 AM, completely disrupting everyone’s sleep, my kids were scared and couldn’t sleep for couple weeks. I would not recommend moving here if you value peace and uninterrupted sleep. Fire alarms go off randomly between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m. on both weekdays and weekends, and they are almost always false alarms. The disruptions happen so frequently that they have become routine. This ongoing issue is one of the main reasons I will not be renewing my lease. For the amount of money I pay to live here, I expect at least peace of mind and the ability to rest.
