"The community is excellent and the services are very good. The team is cooperative and their customer service is excellent. The maintenance staff is responsive and professional. Although I am still new here, my experience so far has been very positive and I haven’t faced any issues."
I’ve been here for about 5 months now. I haven’t had any major issues. If something is wrong they come fix it quickly. The office staff has always been respectful to me. Maintenance is also respectful. The only bugs I’ve seen are spiders( not poisonous) & that was after it rained a lot. They also sent somebody out to spray. My only issue is the children playing in the halls. Other than that, after 8pm I hear little to no noise.
