RecommendedWorking with Linco was the least stressful part of our move. I spoke with the lovely Sandy to coordinate our water softener installation. She explained all of our options and was gracious enough to squeeze in our installation appointment because we were moving the following week. The installation staff member was quick, thorough, informative, and professional. Amazing service and staff. So happy we went with Linco!
I was completely out of softener salt during this Corona virus shut down. I did not want to risk going into my usual store to grab a couple of bags of salt. I called Linco, paid over the phone, pulled up and they loaded it for me. They were genuinely thankful for the business and I am a new customer for life!
I called Linco and the biggest competitor and had opposite experience, with Linco being awesome. Linco was willing to do things that the competitor wasn’t like plumb the fridge during the install. Jesse installed the system and was merely amazing. I am so happy we went with Linco and not Culligan. Linco was very upfront the whole time. Culligan changed the plan several times including pricing. Thank you Linco! Don’t use Culligan.
We are on well water and struggled with enjoying our water. It didn't taste bad but it didn't taste good either, bottled water was a treat. We called Linco and our customer service was incredible. In less than a week we had a new water filtration system, they installed a Hague MaxPack. Not only do our clothes smell better, cleaner, but we are also drinking three times what we use to consume. Upgrading our water filtration system was the best decision we have made. Every house should have this system. Thank you Linco!
These guys ROCK! I've been a customer for over 5 years and they ALWAYS come thru. Never have they not come the same day I've had a problem. Great customer service & very knowledgeable - call them, you will not be disappointed �
Great company easy to work with and there service men take great pride in there work
We have been Linco customers for several years and have always been treated well. Unfortunately, it only takes the actions of one to turn a person away. My husband recently called to office twice to discuss an issue and was treated so rudely by the woman with whom he was speaking that we have decided to go with another company for our water softener rental needs. Heads up, Linco, poor customer service is no way to foster loyalty - especially in the age of social media!
