Terrible service. I have been calling to figure out my bill, and I have been hung up on twice while waiting to speak with someone. My sleep doctor warned me of terrible service if went through Lincare for my equipment. I wished I listened and went with Norco instead
Lincare provides my CPAP machine and associated replacement supplies. They have provided excellent customer service.
I truly love and appreciate the staff at Lincare especially Brandi. She always goes above and beyond for all her patients and she cares about them deeply! She has the biggest heart I have seen a nurse have in a very long time! Thank you Brandi for caring about my mom as much as I do and showing the compassion and empathy that you do!
