I will just say the delivery guys are great. Never have any issues with them. However the office and billing personnel i will not say the same!!
The visit was very helpful. We found the cpap nose adapter that works much better.
They typically have all the accessory supplies for my respiratory DMEs in stock. Staying on the line at the end of the automated menu connects me to the office—so I can tell them what I need—they usually bring it the same day that I call. Or, when my other half is home, she takes me to go pick them up—as I don't drive. If a DME supply needs an authorization from my doctor they contacts his office immediately—and even in that circumstance—I usually still get it the same day.
