Terrible customer service. Unless its a billing issue you can not reach a human being. Always prompted to leave a message and never receive a return phone call. This can be a matter of life or death. Lincare do better, be better or dont be in this line of service!
Their customer service is terrible. Apparently they don't like taking my paper. Check even though they've cashed it. They never mind a stick from my bill. Already mailed out another check for the next bill.And they have not cashed it and tried to double bill me on my debit card. They will take my paper check. That's why we still have them... The only reason I gave them 2 stars is they have a very nice delivery person named Mike.
On the phone for 1 hour and still no answer we are a company and they supply oxygen but no answer
Lincare is the worst, they owe my mother almost $1000 are refusing to expedite a check to her. Say it's processing. The billing supervisor should be fired! Her name is Isabella, she is rude and disrespectful. They were supposed to pick up equipment multiple times and have missed appointments to do so in hopes they can keep charging for these items. Wrong!!! I am ready to call a lawyer!! Lincare are thieves who thrive on stealing from disabled customers. Find a different medical supply company!!!
On hold for 43 minutes. All I want is a walker but I can't reach a person.
