Kudos to Bobbi and Larry at Lincare. Bobbi was so kind and helpful in getting someone to do a last minute tank fix / drop-off for me and I wasn't very kind to her at times...she deserves double thanks!!! Larry was so nice and kind, he came out to fix tank, tank was fine, operator error (me). He has such a great attitude that I was Give them both raises!
I have had the best experience with Lincare the my delivery driver Larry Davis such a blessing brings in my replacement tanks and set up my equipment the best way possible for my comfort I have never had someone go above and beyond for me thank you Lincare thank you Larry
Matt was very helpful and thorough about explaining to me how the various things worked when I got home from the hospital. He arrived at my house very quickly after we called and let them know that I was out of the hospital, as instructed. I was scheduled to leave that night for Seattle, and they were absolutely great about getting me the concentrator and the tanks that I needed both in Seattle and to get back on such short notice (they reasonably ask for two weeks advance notice).
