He was responsible for the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area, but was "managed" out of the Birmingham office. SR I am a former employee with Lincare. I was fired yesterday. I was seen smoking in a company vehicle. Of course this was my own fault and of course I admitted it. Now normally I would say ok it's my own dang fault and let it go with that, but now I have learned that several drivers have been seen doing the same thing and have been written up for (worse) than this and they are still working for Lincare. Is it because I am a 59 year old woman? I dont know. I do know that they are going to be closing my branch. Anything to do... read more
Another disgruntled Lincare slave.... Ahhhh Lincare....the last review sounds pretty accurate. I currently work there doing the same, developing a new territory. However, I'm in a Northern state. It's amazing how anti-progress Lincare is. In 2010, how many people trying to start a new business that's woven into hospitals, insurance companies, fellow employees, business contacts, etc, etc....don't have laptops!?!? Yes, you read it correctly. No laptops. In order for me to tie into the network, address my reimbursement nightma... read more
