Myself and my mother are both patients of Lincare Dover NH. This office is phenomenal, excellent customer service, they take their time and answer all questions.
Lincare in rochester the website says 8:30am but does not open until 9:00am might want to fix that.
I liked having Kevin as my driver. Clarence is doing a great job as my new driver and has a great personality. Clare and Lisa in the office are professionals and they always know what I'm talking about even when I don't.
If there was a way to give a negative star review...I would. Oxygen is essential...having 4 broken POC's for someone needing oxygen is not okay, not knowing when a new one will be in yet still billing medicare is disgusting. Done.... worst service ever. No instruction on how to use the equipment and when I drove 15 minutes to pick up the poc that they would not deliver for another week and they didn't have hoses I was given instructions on how long to keep them, I advised no one ever told me that.
