Everything is fine
I have been using lincare for months and have not had an issue until this month. Reordered my babies supplies on a Friday was told they would ship out that same day. Whenever I do a reorder on a Friday I ALWAYS have it by Monday. Monday comes and goes no shipment. Tuesday I call the shipping department to see what happened got told it was scheduled to be shipped out Wednesday. Delivery driver refused to make delivery. We asked for them to come a bit later so we could run to the stores. Driver told us on the phone since we left knowing we had a delivery he wasn't going to come. His exact words were he had other things to do. We waited till 8:30pm for no reason. worst driver ever.

They are pretty good about supplies. I did receive a hose a few months ago that didn’t go with my machine. I called and the person argued with me it was the correct hose. Well it wasn’t and I had to throw it away
