They wouldn’t let me get a new mask for my cpap because I wasn’t ( ready for a replacement) even though it was torn and not working properly .The guy on the other side of the phone was rude and sarcastic and unwilling to help me out even though I offered to pay out of pocket for a new mask.So I found out that you can get supplies from Amazon and ordered my own masks .Thank goodness I didn’t have to talk to that guy again I have only had my machine for 2.5 months and I’m looking to buy my own machine for myself because this c... read more
This company sucks in trying to get any resolution. I am stuck with using them.
Update as of 4/2. Finally got the machine. His supplies were supposed to come today and we received this in the mail. You truly can’t make this stuff up. A referral was put in by my husband’s Dr. for a c-pap machine over two weeks ago. We had both left messages regarding the status of the machine with no return call. I drove over there yesterday to be told that it was just sent to insurance that day.
