Lack of customer service. Hard to get anyone to talk to. Supervisors are apparently in meetings all day everyday., because you can never get one. The after hours answering service is the only contact I have ever been able to make and they couldn't help.
They won't answer the phone. I'm having my doctor recommend somewhere else.
I hear you to the person who rated this company a 1. I have been trying to get a cpap machine for a month now. What is the hold up? Very unhappy.
By far the worst place for your medical needs. Staff and management are horrible. I've been with Lincare for 10+ years and had to transfer because I moved. I will be looking for a new company and it's sad. I would rate them negative if it would let me
