I called them six times in Sept 2026 to order new canulas and to check on my portable O2 condenser. My insurance is good and pays them. The first five times the answering service tells me a 'professional' will call me back. But they never did. On the sixth try I keyed in a different response and got the woman that usually answers their phone. In short I was told a rep would be by to deliver canulas and hose and to check on my condenser. Everyone was so nice and explained everything very well. I didn’t want to use a Cpap but the way they taught me and helped me find the right mask made me feel a more comfortable.
My doctor diagnosed me with sleep apnea. Sent me here for the cpap in August. Still haven't gotten anything from them. Supposed to hear back via email for getting it to me and setting it up. No word not sure why but I would not recommend them.
Everything went well. Staff was courteous, well informed, explained well.
