Extremely understaffed. I actually have empathy for the few employees that have stayed. There seems to be a revolving door for customer service people.
I live in Colorado, and am in Texas visiting family. It's Saturday and they're closed. I spoke with a very nice young woman by the name of Amber. I told her that I couldn't locate my tubing for my concentrator and am using nebulizer tubing so I can't get around the house. She has put in a call for me to have that tubing brought to me. All in all I had a good experience with the Waxahachie, Texas office.
