I have requested a breakdown on my billing statement for over two months and have talked to three different people who all said they would get it in mail to me after the supervisor approved it. I have never seen a company sent just a total amount, not what the total charges (breakdown) are for. Very easy and friendly process! Marissa made sure we had all our needs met with the equipment from beginning to end. They also can check on CPAP equipment adjustments from their facility. High quality. I'm really excited to use this for my sleep. I recommend this place!
