CURT from Lincare drove all the way out to Grapeview where we live after. I was released late late this afternoon from the hospital and brought me a brought me a rested Air curve 11 with a Rio, two full face mask to help me with my breathing recovery. He was very professional very polite and very knowledgeable. Show showed me how to set it up and operate it in his efforts are really appreciated and will be a customer for a long time. This review is regarding their corporate customer service, particularly their billing. I received a text message from them to pay the bill. I immediately went and paid the bill, but it apparently did not go through as I received an error message. I went back to the site and paid it. Later I got a low-balance notification from my bank. When I checked my account, they had taken out the payment twice. I called customer service, and they said that they could do nothing without a confirmation number.
