Gordon and staff is great. Same day service and setup. Came after hours. They have all our needs covered.
After the recall, my partner couldn't get a working CPAP. Yikes! Fast-forward to now: he had appointment with this place. We spoke with a representative who bragged about his irrelevant work history, promised a new machine within 7-10 days, then refused to return calls; his voicemail was full so we couldn't even leave messages after many attempts to call. The driver always calls me the morning of my delivery of equipment with an ETA, he makes sure I have all the supplies I need, and he always has a good attitude, bottom line, I get excellent service.
Garrett was very informative, helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel like a patient whom he cares about, not another name on his patient list. Very thorough and tells you like it is. Front desk was very inviting and kind.
