My experience at Lincare care has been nothing but great! I was with a previous supplier and having issues, I stopped into Lincare with a couple questions and to see if they would be able to assist me. Becca was kind and helpful, she spent quite a bit of time answering my questions and explaining everything to me without making me feel dumb or rushed. She is currently working with me to get everything switched over. Thank you.

If traveling from out of town and need a quick supply (in my case a CPAP power supply), don't go here. They won't sell it to you unless you are already a client of theirs and have insurance. They do not care if you are in desperate need and from out of town.

I cried today when I opened my son’s box of diabetic supplies. I called Lincare asking if they did diabetic supplies as I was desperate to get supplies for my son that insurance would cover. I could have just been told and hung up on instead I spent ten minutes crying with her. I then received a call 2 hours later from her with all the info I needed to get my son his supplies and my insurance covered it. Bekah was wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and helpful with fixing your machine and fitting your mask. She and her staff are kind and efficient.
