Rebekah came to my rescue, BIG TIME! I was in the UP for vacation and realized on the 1st night that I missed packing an essential piece of my cpap. I tried to jury-rig the unit and was unsuccessful...so I slept with no device, and it was terrible! The next day, I ventured up to the Soo and stopped into the Lincare shop. Rebekah wasn't sure she had any parts to help me, but still went to look in her inventory. She did find a compatible part that works temporarily, and gave it to me at no charge. My experience at Lincare care has been nothing but great! I was with a previous supplier and having issues, I stopped into Lincare with a couple questions and to see if they would be able to assist me. Becca was kind and helpful, she spent quite a bit of time answering my questions and explaining everything to me without making me feel dumb or rushed. She is currently working with me to get everything switched over. Thank you.
If traveling from out of town and need a quick supply (in my case a CPAP power supply), don't go here. They won't sell it to you unless you are already a client of theirs and have insurance. They do not care if you are in desperate need and from out of town.
I cried today when I opened my son’s box of diabetic supplies. I called Lincare asking if they did diabetic supplies as I was desperate to get supplies for my son that insurance would cover. I could have just been told and hung up on instead I spent ten minutes crying with her. I then received a call 2 hours later from her with all the info I needed to get my son his supplies and my insurance covered it.
