Bekah and the staff are super patient, kind, empathetic, and thorough. I was distraught being painted oxygen at 40 years old and Bekah made my transition easy. When she's picked up my oxygen after my transplant she was SO genuinely happy! I've always been treated like family while being professional all at the same time. Thank you for always being kind.
Rebekah was awesome! Explained the setup perfectly and helped my anxiety about the machine and usage with a mask. We got the perfect mask and I feel confident I can wear this at home thanks to her. Lincare is lucky to have someone like Rebekah! Thank you lincare and Rebekah!
