I was ordered an oxygen concentrator, E tanks and C tanks back in September 2025. They were delivered promptly upon my arrival from the hospital. A nurse was to come out and check on me but something came up and I totally understand. However, that was back in October and I haven't heard from Lincare since. I had even returned to the hospital in November and still haven't been checked on, have not received any new tubing and my C tanks are empty. Saddie was very helpful and explained everything and was very polite she was here until we both know how to use the machine
One and foremost I wanted to buy oxygen tubing. was told that if I wanted tubing I had to have a rx.looked this up on line.no you don't need a rx.they just want some to jump there hoops.not playing that game.you lost a sale,I will never go thru these people for anything.was going to buy apap machine.
