The gal that does the fitting for cpaps, is wonderful? Great service!
My insurance changed and I’ve tried four or five times to notify them and get them to stop sending me bills since I’m not actually buying or using anything from them. The local office is unable to deal with billing and the company billing department has an answering system that keeps you on hold forever. Forever forever. I have called all the available phone numbers. They continue to charge me. I am considering talking to the better business bureau to see if they can do anything.
Very kind, efficient, and fast, when you're out of air like I was, they don't mess around. They get it to you quickly, so thank you very much. Great job, LINCARE.
