Samantha made the process easy. Knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I recommend Lincare for all c-pap related equipment.
They have answered every question, have been extremely helpful. They all have been exceptional, front desk to the Delivery drivers. Highly recommend. They treat you as a person, not a number.
I have never had so many issues with getting my supplies as I have with this company. I never get supplies on time, they once sent me a case of water chambers and nothing else. No one calls if there is a hold on the account and there is ALWAYS something holding up shipments and supplies. They blame insurance after following every single requirement. Just got off the phone with a customer service rep who was so rude! I had asked to have my name taken off their monthly calls, because believe it or not, I am able to call when I need something. She said unless I gave her my information, I was going to continue to get call and she hung up. Such terrible customer service. I will be asking my insurance carrier to refer me to another provider!
