Just returned from Lincare Office in Chantilly and had the worst experience from the receptionist and the office manager, Kelly. We thought our appointment was 1:45, we arrived at 1:40 and was told the appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and we would have to reschedule. We explained the traffic was heavy and not an easy 20 mile commute from Annandale. She probably needed a lunch break. We had a very positive experience with Lincare. After receiving a referral from our doctor. Lynda, showed great patience while helping my mother with her new C-PAP machine. We truly appreciate their professionalism and are pleased to have found the right company to meet our needs.

Edit: Changing to 2 star, because I was finally reached out to after this review and the problem was solved, even though it shouldn't take negative comments on a public site to do so. That said when they are good at filling orders and getting them to you in a semi-timely manner, but are still a hassle to get in touch with anyone, and don't expect a call back if someone promises they will call you back. Trying to even talk to someone that isn't their answering service is a week long ordeal at the best of times, and expect to ... read more
