Edit: Changing to 2 star, because I was finally reached out to after this review and the problem was solved, even though it shouldn't take negative comments on a public site to do so. That said when they are good at filling orders and getting them to you in a semi-timely manner, but are still a hassle to get in touch with anyone, and don't expect a call back if someone promises they will call you back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Trying to even talk to someone that isn't their answering service is a week long ordeal at the best of times, and expect to be the one that has to be on top of them to get stuff done as they come across as being bothered at having to even answer your call. I have(was) getting supplies from Lincare for about 3 years. After about a year and a half I just stopped hearing from them, and wasn't receiving the monthly emails for resupply orders. If I were to rate Lincare’s communication process (both phone and Internet), I would give them one star (at most). But, in person, I had the most favorable experience with a young man, Sean, in the Chantilly VA office. He was polite, listened well and resolved my problem very quickly and professionally. If my rating was based on my experience with Sean alone, I would definitely do five stars. You’re lucky Lincare to have a guy like Sean to save your bacon on the ratings.
