Useless, useless, useless. Bad systems, bad communications, bad attitudes. December 10 2025 they got my order. Thirty(?) intensely frustrating calls later, I still have nothing. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Historically Lincare makes me insane. Horrible billing practices, constant phone calls about supplies etc even when you beg them to stop and more. Last week I came in with my mom. As usual the women behind the glass at the receptionist desk barely crack the glass so that they can be heard by their elderly clients. Not sure I understand the necessity for the glass enclosure. Just returned from Lincare Office in Chantilly and had the worst experience from the receptionist and the office manager, Kelly. We thought our appointment was 1:45, we arrived at 1:40 and was told the appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and we would have to reschedule. We explained the traffic was heavy and not an easy 20 mile commute from Annandale. She probably needed a lunch break.
