Went to get fitted a mask and I brought my CPAP machine. The African American man at the front desk stated I needed a power cord and other things to get fitted giving me negative statements. When I saw the female in the back, she was nice, had a power cord and considerate. I had a full face mask and power cord the same day. To the gentleman at front, please know your job and talk to your colleagues before saying negative statements so quickly!!!
Linda was absolutely fantastic in helping me get started with my new CPAP machine. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process so much easier to understand.
This place is ridiculous they barely answer the phone and to get them on the line I had to waste more than an hour. They have sent my dad supplies that we never requested. I returned them already DID NOT OPEN the original package and return it and I am still getting charge for it. Months ago, I called to fix this issue and again I am getting charge for the same.
