Appointment was prompt. The technician I had was ver y knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I guess the reviews are true. Potential new customer. I was transferred three times while trying to get a simple estimate for supplies. The phone rep transferred me to this local center for information. A rather unwelcoming woman told me they don’t provide that information and then transferred me to billing. Billing, in turn, told me I needed to call the local center. Yeah, I think I’m good.
