Today, I had supplies delivered to me and the gentleman who delivered my supplies was very kind to and helpful. Being as though this is only my first full week having my CPAP machine, he was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had. He gave me tips and tricks and we even shared a few laughs. He was absolutely great and my anxiety level is at a 0 now. I forgot his name, but he was very helpful. Thank you. S. Woolford

My mother has been using oxygen from this office for over 2 years, for the past 9 deliveries. The old white guy delivering oxygen refuses to bring bottles in, or take them out bc we heat our house with a pellet stove. Which has been safely installed and used for the past 15 years. Instead the idiot makes my mother, who is scheduled for a double lung transplant and 60 years old bring them out and take the new ones in while my father and I are away at work. Lincare is a very professional and helpful DME company. My doctor prescribed a CPAP That was sent to me from another distributor with no local locations. I Was frustrated because I was expected to set up machine with them over the phone. When my hose got stuck in the back of the machine a WEEK later I Had nowhere to go for local support. I called the 800 number, and they just kept telling me Pull it out of the back of the machine, even though it would not release despite my attempts and my son-in-law‘s attempts to do so.
