The only problem I have a portable oxygen machine that doesn't work properly, when I reported the issue I was told " we don't have anymore their all out I would have to go back to the heavy tanks. UNEXCEPTABLE! Other then that great
The Center Manager, Dawn Beauchamp, and her team responded very quickly and professionally in response to a failed CPAP machine, allowing me to maintain my travel schedule.
Too far for routine visits
Dawn was very customer friendly and knowledgeable about your products. Dawn took the time to explain the procedures of the operations of the products. Answered the numerous questions we had with professionalism and great patience. She is definitely a valuable asset and an employee that lincare should be proud to have as a representative of your company.
This is my first time being in business with LINCARE. The staff are very professional and patient. I was not clear after the first visit. I contacted the office and was able to return to get a more clear direction. The staff was kind and I was able to get what I needed.
