Lynncare has always been my choice of Medical supplies for my CPAP products. They are friendly and easy to find. I'm on Medicare, and have good insurance, they bill them and it costs me nothing. I will refer them to others who have the same problems.
With Lincare I have to place my oxygen orders every week. I can't place a standind order to be delivered every week. They say the reason is that they handle so many orders. It would seem to me that letting people place a standing order would reduce work load and simplify the process.
Delivery guy was great when I got the supplies but I am still waiting for them to get the insurance filed from almost 3 months ago. My insurance company and I have called and sat on hold and called and left messages but never seem to get called back. I am losing my patience and I know if I ever need supplies again I will be looking elsewhere next time!

Very dissatisfied! Nothing but problems with the equipment they provide. Had to leave work today because one again a portable unit quit on me.. Trying to get service is a joke! It quit at noon and I just received a call back to tell me it would be sometime this evening!

This supplier Doesn't support the patient well at all. Unable to get service on equipment when you take it in for service. They don't call to inform you of any status of your equipment repairs nor do they have loaner units when they take your equipment in for service. Personnel staff are very nice and are sorry for your wait but that doesn't help the patient. Will be looking for another company for medical equipment and service.
Unbelievably poor service. Patient needs apparently are subordinated to the company's willingness to send a representative with the equipment to where a patient resides, and such service presumably depends upon having a sufficient number of patients in an area. Alternatively a patient may travel to the company office to obtain the prescribed equipment. Importantly, no communication was received from this provider until the patient initiated a telephone call to explore the status of the physician submitted prescription. At th... read more
