Horrific service! No one knows what the other is doing! They bill for supplies that the customer never receives. Good luck getting any supplies from them! Can we say…insurance fraud! When calling them they have excuse after excuse for not doing their jobs! I received a bill from them, the next day received a refund for the same amount, the third day I then received the same bill again! No one knew why and no one could give me an answer as to if I owed them money or not. I cannot believe that any business can be run this poor... read more

In the past I have had nothing but negative people and not helpful at all on the phone at the North Olmsted location. Today I got Brandy! She was so very helpful and pleasant!! It was so refreshing!! Brandy answered questions I have had for two years! She should be training your people on customer service. s a raise and a promotion!!

Lynncare has always been my choice of Medical supplies for my CPAP products. They are friendly and easy to find. I'm on Medicare, and have good insurance, they bill them and it costs me nothing. I will refer them to others who have the same problems.
