Had cpap machine to malfunction called they said bring it in and they would send it off to have it checked..dropped it off to them waited they plugged it in two or three times than went and got gloves on than plugged it again and stated well it seems to have water in it .than said we will send it in and see if it can be repaired under warranty..as if the repair or replacement would come out their pockets..shoulda had gloves on to begin with before touching it if you was afraid of catching something..🤷♀️😐💯
THIS PLACE IS TRASH they need to work on customer service. If you need something they have 5000 questions before they decide if you need or not. So stop asking questions and send the equipment people need and DO YOUR JOB
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: We ask for a new regulator for my mom's portable oxygen tank and we was question about it for 20 mins. Then we had to call elkins, wv to call them to get it worked out ...just do your job and stop questioning the people that need the your services that medicare pays for.
I've never experienced such great service. The two gentlemen who came out first with the initial unit and then with the portable unit were so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for everything
