The lady I worked with to get my device was very kind and personable, I believe her name was Kelly. HOWEVER, when the device made me lightheaded and wobbly, I couldn't get a good of anyone for over 24 hours. I called my insurance nurse care line and the pulmonologist and both advised me to go to the ER-I think I might and send the bill to Lincare.

They never, repeat, never answer their phone. I was trying to schedule an appointment and kept getting redirected to a call center. Do better!!

This Lincare is a mess. They are terrible to work with. They continue to try to bill me for services that have never been submitted to my insurance company. I have moved and have tried at least four times to change to the Lincare that is close to my home. If you need oxygen or other important medical supplies DO NOT USE LINCARE.

Never deliver supplies. Lie about phone calls and deliveries. Lack of supplies has caused multiple hospital visits.
