Wonderful customer service. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful/friendly. Special shout-out to Gayle, Ethan and Connor. All 3 go out of their way to provide excellent service. They treat me like family when I call in or meet with them at their office. Ethan bends over backwards when responding to equipment issues. I’m very lucky to be able to work with the Carmel office.
Update: Paul was outstanding in delivering timely oxygen to my MIL. I am grateful for him. I recommended Lincare because my mother had COPD and used Lincare over a decade ago and I regret the decision because everything is a hassle every single time and they make you feel like you are lucky if you get one oxygen tank or if your POC as they call it portable oxygen machine goes out the responses we can drop Tanks off because it's going to take a while for it to be repaired and replaced out of their Noblesville repair center me... read more

The lady I worked with to get my device was very kind and personable, I believe her name was Kelly. HOWEVER, when the device made me lightheaded and wobbly, I couldn't get a good of anyone for over 24 hours. I called my insurance nurse care line and the pulmonologist and both advised me to go to the ER-I think I might and send the bill to Lincare.
They never, repeat, never answer their phone. I was trying to schedule an appointment and kept getting redirected to a call center. Do better!!
