1 star is being nice! Worst Customer Service! They don't deserve any stars at All! I'm tempted to get a hold of the Better Business Bureau!

I had a horrible experience with this company. Worst customer service and completely incompetent. Spent 4 weeks going back and forth trying to obtain a CPAP machine. I have no idea what they were doing or why they were not processing the prescription submitted my my doctor. We gave up after four weeks of frustration and stress. Went to another company and had an amazing experience. Took a week and a half from when the request was submitted to when the machine was in my possession...... And that even included a holiday. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. John (manager) does not care about his medi-care customers, all he wants is to get paid by medi-care. He fails to take care of his disabled customers once he puts the crappiest possible bed in your house (don't forget, after a year, it's yours!). We have been stood-up for scheduled appointments and drivers have shown up without actually making an appointment with us. John thinks it is the customers' job to "take responsibility for the bed," (I am quoting John) even... read more
