My doctor had to send my prescription 3 times before they said they received it. I called for a status update after a couple of months and they said they’d call me back and never did. I called again and was told they were waiting for insurance approval but my insurance provider couldn’t find a request for approval and said it’s not something approval is required for anyway. I’ve been waiting months for my machine, but no one reaches out with or for information and no one has information when you call.

Have been being charged for portable gaseous that I sent back with the fellow that brought it,medicare and I have paid for this for months they said I signed for it, I told the guy I would never have the tanks in my house and he needed to bring the other kind with out the tanks. He never did and now that I need one and he didn't turn it in either and now that I need one tough I guess.been waiting all day for management to get back to me. Not The first time

Absolutely horrible since June 28th I have heard from no one I have called multiple times and left messages still in need of a hospital bed and a commode and a wheelchair that was called in with a script.

I would give negative stars if possible. Officious and bureaucratic customer service (I would not refer to what they provide as "service" at all). I have a broken CPAP provided by Lincare for 2 months now, and I have been trying to get a replacement it for nearly 8 months. At every turn, the goalposts move. Dishonest and unhelpful. Sea Breeze in North Hampton is far more responsive and has been exceedingly helpful with my CPAP needs.
