Lincare is trying to collect money from me after my insurance company paid in full. I'm being billed for the oxygen tank that I personally returned inside the office weeks after no longer needing it. The front desk clerk seemed pre occupied and insisted i just leave it and asked for my name. When I first received the bill I went inside the office and spoke with the representatives to correct the issue. Later, another bill came I called with the understanding that it had been corrected. I have been with Lincare for a little over a year now. My husband has been with them for over 20 yrs. We get excellent service from them. Sometimes you get a person who has had a bad day, too much coming at her too fast or just doesn't feel well, and she sounds rude but she's really not. We like the delivery man here in our area but he needs a helper to make his rounds or LC needs to hire another driver.Thank you.

I was very pleased with the nurse who instructed me on how to use my CPAP machine. She was very thorough and gave demonstrations with the instructions. Since I’ve had my CPAP, I’ve had no problems using it or knowing how to use it.
