I was very pleased with the nurse who instructed me on how to use my CPAP machine. She was very thorough and gave demonstrations with the instructions. Since I’ve had my CPAP, I’ve had no problems using it or knowing how to use it.
Lincare is trying to collect money from me after collecting from two insurance companies leavingme a ZERO balance. I'm being billed for equipment that I personally returned inside the office months after no longer needing it. When I first received the bill I went inside the office and spoke with the representatives to correct the issue. Later, another bill came I called with the understanding that it had been corrected. Mixed experience in providing supplies. The supplies are usually delivered on time but often things are missing or come later. Respiratory therapist is helpful and responsive. Office staff is rude and lacks empathy and professionalism. Given the nature of their choice of work I would expect a higher level of customer service. It would be helpful to receive a detailed list of what supplies are being billed to my insurance and a clear outline of what should be expected each month. The hospital made a mistake & didn’t send in a script for a pediatric pulse ox & my baby is too small for an average one to fit her, so they had the manager (owner maybe?) drive out from Slidell the same day & bring us one! We live an hour from their office so it wasn’t a quick drive. They came & delivered a few more tanks the next day just so we would have some backups. Truly amazing customer service & you can tell they treat their employees well because everyone was so pleasant & helpful. Great experience overall.
It is strange that you put this statement up after my review all I will say is check what I have been through for the last year with terrible communications rudeness just check its available to you and stop with the foolishness
