There's not enough praise in the world to encapsulate the service provided to my Mom. Lincare has literally been "life saving." They're quite attentive to her needs (ensuring her supplies are substantial, providing support when needed, and customer service). I appreciate their support and their willingness to be a part of my Mom's health team!

I was visiting family in Manhattan and needed a critical part for my mask in order to use my CPAP machine. The staff was fantastic and took substantial time to find the right replacement part so I could use my CPAP again while traveling away from home. I am so thankful for their service and kindness helping an out-of-towner. The reviews that said that the staff is fantastic were absolutely right!

I normally don’t write reviews but I need to let LINCARE know about an exceptional Service Representative name Luis Sotelo. There have been times where I have forgotten to call LinCare to get my mother’s supplies, due to me working two jobs and taking care of my mom. It’s been very stressful for me at times, I might only get about 4hrs.of sleep. Anytime that I have called Mr.Sotelo when I needed help in getting my mother’s supplies right away. Lincare was very prompt in delivering oxygen to my Mother at home when she was discharged from the hospital on a Saturday. Tank deliveries are on Wednesdays so it makes it easy to make plans. We had questions for Roger on one of those deliveries about portable tanks and he was very helpful with information. Thank you!
