When originally set up, I was told that my insurance benefits were verified and given the amount that I would be responsible for. This was not correct. Billing is incredibly confusing and deceptive. Billing representative couldn't even understand it. He was however very polite and used my name after every sentence. I think it was a nervous tic. The amount that I and my insurance company were billed would have purchased 8 CPAP machines and supplies.

Shipped me the wrong tubing. When I called to get the correct one shipped to me I was given two options. I could either wait 5 days to have wrong one shipped back to have new one ordered or wait until next month to have correct tubing shipped. When told her neither option was very good, she placed order, wished me happy holidays, thanked me for choosing Lincare and hung up the phone. Terrible terrible customer service! I did not CHOOSE lincare! Cigna chose Lincare. I would choose someone else in a heartbeat!!

This location is closed in Vancouver, but they have one in Longview. I called the number, they helped out and even sent out a tech to my house in Vancouver to fix my problem. Thank you!

This is a terrible company! If I could, I would give them zero star. When I called them so many times and needed immediate assistance, the answers were the same - that they still trying to reach a person on call and they could not reach him. My Mother died and they never came to do adjustment on ventilator.
