The CPAP is going well. It becomes a game to check morning scores. Staff very helpful. The closest thing to a complaint would be that we had to figure out mask fitment a little bit on our own. There is an odd flap with holes in the fuller face mask. Instinct tells you to cover nose and mouth but that flap works against you. Finally realized it goes very low on the nose and that the flap actually pulls the sides in towards each other for a better seal. Flap is more under nose. I have been using lincare for my oxygen, and now CPAP machine, I am very pleased with there services. They are always on top of my equipment needs. Thank you,!
