Absolutely terrible company. Have tried calling MULTIPLE TIMES on MULTIPLE different days to get oxygen refilled and nobody has answered. We’ve left voicemails and emails and yet no response. My brother is now down to one portable tank left and we can’t get ahold of anybody for a refill. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.
Lincare employees were very helpful. I have only had 1 encounter with them, in the office, so far. They were very informative, giving me all the details of getting started with my cpap machine. The machine and mask have been a learning process but, I am very pleased with the quality of sleep that my cpap machine provides. I finally feel like I have had enough good sleep, when I wake up in the morning. Also with the cpap, I don’t wake up in the night. I usually sleep 5-7 hrs straight through. What a blessing! I haven't been using Lincare's service very long but have been treated with respect.
The CPAP is going well. It becomes a game to check morning scores. Staff very helpful. The closest thing to a complaint would be that we had to figure out mask fitment a little bit on our own. There is an odd flap with holes in the fuller face mask. Instinct tells you to cover nose and mouth but that flap works against you. Finally realized it goes very low on the nose and that the flap actually pulls the sides in towards each other for a better seal. Flap is more under nose.
