Absolutely terrible company. Have tried calling MULTIPLE TIMES on MULTIPLE different days to get oxygen refilled and nobody has answered. We’ve left voicemails and emails and yet no response. My brother is now down to one portable tank left and we can’t get ahold of anybody for a refill. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.
Lincare employees were very helpful. I have only had 1 encounter with them, in the office, so far. They were very informative, giving me all the details of getting started with my cpap machine. The machine and mask have been a learning process but, I am very pleased with the quality of sleep that my cpap machine provides. I finally feel like I have had enough good sleep, when I wake up in the morning. Also with the cpap, I don’t wake up in the night. I usually sleep 5-7 hrs straight through. What a blessing!
