LINCARE is always there to support me if I have need they help me in the middle of the night!! They are always friendly and get my my problems solved quickly!! Thanks so being there in my time of need!!
The people at the office are always quick to answer the phone and take my oxygen order and get it sent out asap. And all the delivery staff are great when they come to exchange my tanks they are very friendly and treat me very well. I appreciate them all.
I called about my husband's DeVilbiss concentrator showing the amber light... Not turning green at all and making a loud noise and has not had someone come out to check it at all. The rep went through her reading script and had me do different checks to the machine and simply put said, he could use it with amber light. That the brushing loud sound was no big deal and that they would just send new tubing and it would be okay .... We got the new tubing and still it is doing the same thing. Automated phone system is horrible. 74 minute wait time. I’m setting the equipment you won’t pick up on the side of the road. Your loss.
My oxygen concentrator started failing on a holiday. I called the emergency service number and within hours a driver delivered a new unit and set it up, this happened even though local office was closed.
